Get vaccinated against the flu

Hands should be washed often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue. Then dispose of the tissue immediately and wash hands or use a hand sanitizer

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
